Konica Minolta C3725 error code
Fuser temperature fault (low)
Konica Minolta C3725 usually indicates a fuser temperature fault: the temperature does not reach or maintain its operating value. It is the counterpart of C3721 and also relates to the fuser assembly.
What does this error mean?
If the fuser does not reach operating temperature, the toner would not adhere to the paper, so the printer stops instead. A faulty heating lamp or thermistor is a common cause; an inadequate power supply is less common.
What can you safely try?
- 01Switch the printer off at the main power switch, wait at least 10 minutes for the fuser to cool down, then switch it back on. Many error codes are temporary and disappear after a full power cycle.
- 02If the printer is connected through an extension lead or power strip, try plugging it directly into a wall socket.
When should you call a technician?
If the code returns, call a technician to check the fuser assembly.
Do you rent out or manage printers?
If you manage the printer at a customer’s site, you can record the fault on site in PrinterMS using QR issue reporting, and any parts used are automatically added to its service history. See printer fleet management.
