Konica Minolta C3721 error code
Fuser temperature fault (high)
Konica Minolta C3721 usually indicates a fuser temperature fault: the measured value exceeds the permitted limit, or the heating feedback is invalid. This code stops the printer and relates to the fuser assembly.
What does this error mean?
The C37xx family covers fuser faults on bizhub printers. The heating lamp, thermistor or heating control may be responsible; the exact meaning can vary slightly by model.
What can you safely try?
- 01Switch the printer off at the main power switch, wait at least 10 minutes for the fuser to cool down, then switch it back on. Many error codes are temporary and disappear after a full power cycle.
When should you call a technician?
If the code returns after switching the printer off and on, call a technician and stop using the printer: a fuser fault can be a safety risk.
Do you rent out or manage printers?
If you manage the printer at a customer’s site, you can record the fault on site in PrinterMS using QR issue reporting, and any parts used are automatically added to its service history. See printer fleet management.
