Secondary transfer roller pressure fault
Konica Minolta C2151 usually indicates a fault in the secondary transfer roller pressure mechanism: the sensor does not report that the roller has engaged or disengaged after the motor starts.
What does this error mean?
The transfer roller presses the paper against the belt to transfer the image. If the movement feedback is invalid, the printer stops. The sensor, drive motor or control system may be responsible.
What can you safely try?
- 01Switch the printer off at the main power switch, wait at least 10 minutes for the fuser to cool down, then switch it back on. Many error codes are temporary and disappear after a full power cycle.

If the code returns, call a technician: checking the transfer assembly’s mechanism is a job for a qualified technician.
